ooh. i've always wanted a septum. you should get that if not a monroe. everyone i've talked to that has one said it barely hurt and that there eye's watered a bit. they don't pierce it through the cartliage though. the needle goes through the "sweet spot", which is very soft and thin. go for it. Yeah, my sister has hers done. She said it didnt hurt, it just sounded funny.
I dont think I could pull it off though. I want a septum piercing I think. but idk yet. haha
